A landscape to which we appreciate the most, is our vista of familiar faces in our exhibit of Familiar Territory 's.

​     Kate Kunau discussed the development of the landscape beginning as a lesser genre and how the Midwest (and it's Regionalist pioneers in Marvin Cone and Grant Wood) brought attention to the quiet loveliness that we now solicit and appreciate.

A little more than  a week ago Gilded Pear had the opportunity to host a fundraiser and book signing event for Last Hope Animal Rescue in Cedar Rapids. Thanks to everyone who attended in support for a good cause!
